ECOTOPIA program - Cergy campus (Spring semester)
The EUTOPIA European University alliance has launched its first program, Ecotopia, aimed at training future citizens and leaders with confidence and enthusiasm for global challenges. Ecotopia graduates will excel in economics, management, finance, or business, demonstrating adaptability, lifelong learning, and cooperation. A key focus of the program is fostering sustainability in their professional projects and personal lives as engaged global citizens.

Presentation
ECOTOPIA is a 3-year program offered collaboratively across partner campuses, allowing students to work in international teams at the Bachelor level. It includes two summer schools: one in Ljubljana, fostering community building, and an optional one in Rabat, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship in Africa. Graduates will receive a European certification alongside their primary national or school degree.

Description of your semester with ESSEC
As part of the cohort program, you have chosen CY University in Cergy, France, for your international exchange and can take up to 12 ECTS in courses with ESSEC during the Spring semester. You will join fourth-year BBA students and various incoming exchange and Double Degree students.
A mandatory Orientation session will take place in late February to welcome new students. You will have access to the campus, its facilities, and ESSEC’s vibrant student life, with over 100 clubs and social activities to help you integrate. The Study Abroad Team (SAT) will serve as your main point of contact at ESSEC.

End of semester - Your grades
At the end of the semester, ESSEC and CY will combine students' grades. CY will email the final results to students on a common transcript.
