ESNcard FAQ

1. Erasmus+ programme:

Where possible, individuals who enrol in the Erasmus+ programme or any other type of mobility programme, in a physical or blended form, should request the ESNcard from the ESN local section from their receiving higher education institution.

ESNcard is valid for 12 months, starting from the moment you pay for it.

No, only if you are part of one of the categories mentioned in “Who can get the ESNcard?”

You need to apply and pay for the membership here www.card.esn.pl and then visit us during our Office Hours and bring:

• A printed colour passport photo

• Your ID / Passport

• A document proving your mobility status (such as Learning Agreement, Training Agreement, Acceptence Letter, etc.) – we accept online copies.

Age is not a condition to get the ESNcard.

The cost of membership (and the ESNcard) is 50 PLN.

You need to go to www.card.esn.pl and purchase the ESNcard by filling out the registration form.

Yes! We distribute ESNcard only online, but to pickup the physical card you have to visit our office.

You need to contact us at card.uam.poznan@esn.pl to see how you can get a new one. Once you have a new ESNcard, just go to My Account>Edit and add your new ESNcard number and expiration date to your profile.

You can always renew your membership in an ESN section by acquiring a new ESNcard, as long as you are still part of one of the categories mentioned in “Who can get the ESNcard?”.

ESNcards are not valid student cards, which are exclusively supplied by universities. You can benefit from the ESNcard discounts, but ESNcards are not always accepted for regular student discounts.

The ESNcard is valid for 12 months from the date set in the front side. As long as your ESNcard has not expired, you can use it for all ESNcard discounts in Europe.
