JOB SHADOWING

Two teachers, Cèlia and Teresa, visited a school in Greece and shared their experience with us. They told us many interesting things and passed on everything they learned.

They explained that the school has a "Friendship Garden," where children go when they feel lonely and give each other a hug. 

It is a one-line school with many teachers to support students with special needs. They focus a lot on values, and the community is very united. Most importantly, they emphasize children's autonomy.
