People who are most vulnerable to corruption are the people who have big roles in society such as mayor or a spot in the government. This is because the person who has a huge role in society has power, a lot of power, and when people are corrupt and they have a huge role in society, it would be a big problem. This is because when someone uses their power to do anything they want, and as long as their superiors don't hear about it, they can get away with it. If that person helps run the country and he is not actually doing what he is supposed to be doing, the country can go downhill.
