Do we live in a corrupt country?

The Corruption Perceptions Index is a way to see which country is corrupt or not, and Kyrgyzstan apparently is a corrupt country. It was ranked as the 55th most corrupt country in the world and perceived as a more corrupt country. I myself can confirm that Kyrgyzstan is a corrupt country because I did a survey. One of the questions were "Is Kyrgyzstan a corrupt country?" and out of 19 responses, 78.9% of people said yes, and 21.1% of the said maybe. From the information I have gathered, Kyrgyzstan is most likely a corrupt country.
