Corruption

Hello! My name is Nursultan. I will tell you what I know about Corruption and how it is a problem that ruins the world. What is Corruption? :

Corruption is when somebody has power over people and they abuse that power for personal gain hurting other people's lives. That is the main reason of corruption, but there are other types and motives of Corruption, this is because Corruption is a huge topic / problem.

Corruption can put people in poverty and people are put in really, really bad conditions. An example of this is North Korea and why it is terrible place.

North Korea

North Korea to me is a horrible country. The reason it is a horrible country is because people who are from North Korea are not allowed to leave their country. That is already terrible, but there is so many other terrible laws:

  • Watching foreign music or movies is illegal

  • International calls is a crime.

  • Women are not allowed to drive

  • Drugs are allowed

  • If someone commits a crime, the next 3 generations of their family will be punished

  • Owning a microwave is illegal because of energy crisis

I think you can understand that it is a very, very corrupt country, and it is because of an extremely corrupt dictator.
