Clever

Clever.com helps schools streamline access to educational technology, improve data management, and enhance the overall digital learning experience for students and educators while maintaining a focus on data security and privacy.  

Things to note - Clever syncs with Ascender one time, overnight.  That means that information that isn't there during the evening sync will not appear until the morning after they are entered for the sync to occur. 

EX.  Sam enrolls in school at 8 a.m. on Monday.  Assuming that the tech department gets his information before the end of the day, they will create a computer account for him that will give him access to the computer network.  However, he will have no access in Clever until the following morning,  After the evening sync occurs.  

If for some reason the tech department does not find out about Sam until Tuesday morning, his information will not be there to sync, so it will be Wednesday morning before he has Clever access.
