Google Certified Educator Level 1

The Google Teacher Center has a course that will walk you through the information needed to pass the Google Certified Educator (GCE) Level 1 exam.

Eric Curts has prepared a list of all the things that may be on the exam. There is a large database of questions, so not everyone will get the same questions or topics.

The last resource for Level 1 are Task cards. Working through those (even if you have to Google "how to do it") are going to be your best practice for the task section of the certification exam.

Task Cards for Level 1 Educator Certification

The Level 1 Certification tests consists of multiple choice and multiple selection question, then a series of tasks that require you to use your Google skills. These Google Level 1 TASK Cards are samples of what you may see on the exam.

There is a Level 2 Task card set that works like the Level 1 Task card set. This is not an exact list of the tasks you may see but they will be similar.

I would love to help you prepare for your trainer application. You will need to be training in order to receive your certification. You can train locally in Quanah. I will be hosting Google trainings throughout the summer that you can attend for professional development credit and document as training hours.
