Cohort Leaders

What is a Cohort Leader?

  • Cohort Leaders are the people who lead sessions and discussions, provide coaching and support, and evaluate and provide feedback on artifacts.

    • demonstrate proficiency on the TEA screening process

    • secure employment either directly with an AP or with a district that's implementing locally (MOU with an AP)

    • attend TEA training to prepare to lead either the blended or the comprehensive model
