Your assigned Education Specialist will complete a Site Visit once a month, at minimum. Your Specialist will contact you to set up the day and time. During the visit, he/she will follow up with you regarding upcoming deadlines/tasks, provide support in the classroom if requested, and coaching.
AUGUST: The Education Specialist will address your questions/concerns, review subfolder, deliver consumables, materials, review upcoming deadlines, collect Teacher/TA paperwork, and provide support as needed.
SEPTEMBER: The Education Specialist will discuss starting points for coaching and schedule a following coaching event.

The CLASS tool allows us to measure the quality of positive and engaging interactions between teachers and students, among students, and between teachers. The observation consists of two 20-minute (concurrent) observations that can occur anytime throughout the daily schedule, except for recess and nap.
Your Education Specialist will schedule the date and time before observing your classroom. After the observation, your Education Specialist will provide specific feedback on strengths and opportunities for growth.
We will complete CLASS observations in September and April.
Data from the classroom environmental checklist and CLASS will be used to guide coaching sessions.
