The video “Grocery Store to Craft Market” illustrates how preschool teachers engaged children in designing a dramatic play center—and how the background knowledge children developed in that center enabled them to later create a real craft market in their classroom. Classrooms can’t visit each other today as they do in the video, but we hope it’s an idea worth contemplating when we return to business as usual.
