Individual Graduation Committee (IGC) Overview - Deep Dive into IGCs

In this session, participants will be provided with the latest guidance from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) on Individual Graduation Committee (IGC) requirements, review IGC procedures and documentation, and participate in interactive activities designed to help create or revise your IGC handbook, covering essential components such as roles and responsibilities, step-by-step processes, and sample templates.

(Private School) Annual District Coordinator Training for the Texas Statewide Assessment Program 

This session is only for Private School staff that plan to administer assessments for the Texas Statewide Assessment Program (TELPAS or STAAR). This training does not replace the required training modules in the LMS.

Any staff from a public school district or charter school should contact Rachel Haller at rachel.haller@esc4.net if the required annual training for District Testing Coordinators is needed.

The purpose of a network meeting is to provide district-level administrators with updates regarding state assessments and provide an opportunity to network and learn from each other on initiatives and activities taking place around the region. Superintendents designate district staff to participate in leadership networks.  

Our leadership network meetings for District Testing Coordinators will be offered alternating face-to-face or virtually for the 2025-2026 school year:
