Be prepared! We recommend to have the following items in an electronic folder ready for virtual job fairs/interviews. If attending a job fair in person have a portfolio with you ready to show!

Resume - 1 page (see below "Resume Preparation - Preferred one page organized resume recommended by TOPP".
Classroom/Discipline Plan (classroom management assignment) - If you have not attended CM training Ideas for those new to TOPP
Utilized your IDD lesson created. Have at least 2-3 lessons ready with ability to communicate the lesson plans. If you have not attended IDD training see articles Direct Teach/5-E) .
Optional reference letters (3) - from individuals knowledgeable of your work performance,
Professional attire!
