2. Read important documents

   • Ermitage IB Programs Code of Conduct & Ermitage Mission Statement & Philosophy

   • School Insurance Policy (assurance scolaire)

   • Computer Usage and Multimedia Policy

   • Ermitage Dress Code and Uniform Purchasing

3. Complete Student Personal Information Online form available in the student checklist on OpenApply

4. Download, complete and return registration materials by email before arriving to ibprograms@ermitage.fr

   • IB MYP 1-5 Early Dismissal Waiver (for day students only)

   • IBP Student Charter Acceptance

   • IBP Emergency Medical Care Authorisation : this document must be hand signed

   • Ermitage Personal Data Collection and Usage Consent Form

5. Purchase uniforms, books and school supplies

   • Uniform Purchasing at School Uniform Supplier TCA Sports available as of July 15th

   • 2021-22 MYP 3 Booklist and supplies list

   • 2021-22 General School Supplies List

6. Activate Student Email - new students only

7. Discover the 2021-22 RSIA Program & First Semester RSIA activities

8. Boarding students only: please complete ALL the forms in the 2021-22 Boarding Handbook found here and email separately before arriving to boarding@ermitage.fr
