AVID ERHS decided that creating sub-groups that contained members of all grade levels would be beneficial in numerous ways:
- Institutional knowledge can be passed down and built upon.
- Increase in opportunities for Peer Mentoring.
- Avoid creating the traditional patterns of upper classmen having success in games and lower classmen showing their inexperience.
The Competition
The Competition
Houses will compete in games and fundraising activities to earn points toward winning the AVID HOUSE GAMES. The winning team will celebrate at an end of the year activity, TBD later.
