Class Walk to the Orry

We went for a walk in nature to search for squirrels and tried to make a beavers dam in the stream.

Ava: I enjoyed being outdoors, getting fresh air and stretching my legs.

Alex: I liked exercising.

Phoebe: I enjoyed seeing a grey squirrel.

Edie: I liked making a beaver dam.

Sophie: I enjoyed collecting sticks.

Freddie: I liked watching the water flow.

Isla: I liked walking to and from the Orry.

Chloe: I found listening to the birds tweet and the river relaxing.

Charlotte: I loved being outdoors with my friends.

Emily: The waterfall noise was relaxing.

Elliot: I enjoyed being with another class. 

Assembly

LI:  to perform for an audience.

SC: I can communicate clearly.

SC: I can perform songs with enthusiasm.

SC: I can re-enact a story through drama.

STEM Week

Primary 2/3 have really enjoyed our STEM week challenges. We had fun exploring the Innovation Station with Mrs Martin, created our own marble run using paper plates and straws, and conducted our own investigation where we had to design a raft to carry a message without sinking. 

Open Afternoon

P2/3 loved having their families in to help them with their artwork. Thank you to everyone who could make it!
