Isla - The class had irn bru xtra to taste.
Chloe - Some people had shortbread.
Clara - We were just tasting a bit of irn bru and shortbread to see if we liked it.
Rosie - We all had it just for a treat.

Edie - Some people tried irn bru for the first time.

Pentagons and the squares have been learning about the 3 times table this week.
The Triangles and Circles have been solving missing number calculations and practising their doubles.
We have been revising our common words in class. On Monday we played roll and write. Look how many words we wrote.
In writing last week we wrote a diary entry on 'The day we saw the Loch Ness Monster'. The class were very imaginative when writing their diary entries. We stopped half way through and joined up with a friend to share our writing so far. Our friend told us what tickled them pink and what green for growth would make it even better.
We have been improving our fitness during our outdoor MUGA slot.
During our free play opportunities the children have been very creative in leading their own learning.

Harris - We have been learning half past and o'clock.
Isla - I was matching the digital time to the analogue clock for o'clock times and I was also matching up the words too.
Phoebe - We have been learning half past and quarter past and quarter to in digital form.
Charlotte - We were doing quarter past and o'clock. We had to match the clock with the digital time.
Primary 3 have been learning the 2 times tables. We have been skip counting, creating arrays, exploring repeated addition and showing in equal groups. Next week we will be moving onto the 3 times table.
Primary 2 have been practising their addition. We have been doing some more jotter work and learning how to lay out upstairs, downstairs calculations.
We achieved 25 wings! The class decided they would like a class party. We danced, played games and had snacks!
