This donation covers all dress up / dress down days and is very much appreciated. This money will be used to fund buses for school trips.

Consent Forms: Every year we require up to date consents for every pupil in the school – P2-7 pupils forms will be available on Wednesday for completion by Friday 14th August through ParentPortal, we would be grateful if you could follow the links below to complete all relevant consents for the forms noted below.

Just2Easy: Following on from a successful launch in 2025-2026, we will be continuing to use Just2Easy (J2e) Journals to document the children's learning journeys, share achievements, and keep you updated on their day-to-day activities. If you did not complete the new form when it was sent out in June, please do so by Friday 14th August.
To ensure we respect your privacy and follow safeguarding guidelines for the new term, we need your explicit permission before we can upload any photos or videos featuring your child to the platform. Please take two minutes to complete our quick Google Form. It is essential that we have this updated information before the children start back with us in August.

Annual Data Check for 2026-27: The Annual Data Check is also available on your ParentPortal account. Please make any changes to your child’s record through this account. If you have moved address over the summer, we require to see the evidence below before we can authorise any changes on the database:
1. Proof of new residence
2. Proof you have left old residence
3. Council tax number for new address
4. Child benefit letter
5. Utility bill at new address
6. Bank statement at new address
7. Driving license at new address
End of Day Folders: We have transferred last year’s end of day arrangements onto the current home time sheets for the classes (i.e. who is on the bus, who goes to CASS, who is collected by a childminder) – if your arrangements have changed from last year, please email the school office as soon as possible so that teachers know where your child has to go at 3pm each day.
