Case Study

​

The case study provided is designed to develop and challenge the skills and thinking of supervisors and managers of serious and complex crime investigation. The study is based upon real investigations; albeit not necessarily any single incident. Names, locations and some events have been changed to ensure anonymity of those involved. The study has been designed to support all relevant elements of course objectives, as the study progresses, and should test your critical thinking skills and your abilities as investigators.

 You will already have completed and submitted your Unit 1 tasking questions 1 - 4, by the time you have access to the initial case study material. You are now required to read the material provided within this document and be ready for commencement of your Unit 2 learning; we will be starting the learning experience with this case study in mind.
