"Construction Night" was a success as the Girls Volleyball team overcame a slow start to "hammer" Middletown 3 games to 0. Junior Kate Bernhardt had 6 kills, 6 aces and 2 blocks and Senior Brookelyn Feola had 6 kills and 8 digs. EP will return to the court at home on Tuesday the 13th against Pilgrim. Game times are 5:00 JV and 6:30 Varsity.

Calling all chess players! The Chess Team will be holding an informational meeting on Thursday September 15th right after school in Room 305A. The Chess Club is expanding this year and will become an official team that competes in tournaments and against other schools. We are looking for players of all skill levels from beginner to advanced. Please attend the meeting or speak with Mr. Refici if you are interested.

The School Store is officially open during all 4 lunch blocks. We now carry select Nike Townie gear. We accept cash, checks made payable to EPHS and we now accept credit cards. Thank you.

ATTENTION STUDENTS

There will be an October driver education class at EPHS. Class is scheduled to begin on October 4 and end on November 10, 2022. Mrs. Dionne will run this class in Room 312 from 2 p.m-5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students can pick-up a driver education information sheet in the guidance office to assist with the registration process. Registration can be done in person at the Warwick, Lincoln and Providence CCRI locations or register on the CCRI website. Students must be at least 15 years and 10 months old by the class start date to be eligible to register for the class.

The first football game of the season is this Friday at Pierce Field at 6 PM!

Student tickets will be on sale during all lunches tomorrow. Pre-sale tickets are $2. All tickets at the gate are $5.
