Mr. Buffi is a graduate of The University of Alberta and has been a Physical Education Teacher at Strathcona since 2013 and has been the Sports Performance lead teacher since 2016 teaching all levels of 15, 25 and 35. While a Student at the University of Alberta he spent 3 years as a Track and Field Team member. He has been a club volleyball coach and is currently Strathcona's Sr. Men's Volleyball Coach and Head Track and Field Coach. I continue to stay active in my free time with Volleyball, Baseball and Golf. I am extremely excited to be a part of the High-Performance Sport Seminar and help kids build their athletic performance to the next level.
Hayley graduated from the University of Alberta with a degree in Kinesiology majoring in Sport Performance. She is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. During her time at the U of A she worked with a variety of varsity and junior teams in the gym and has continues to work with both varsity tennis and junior hockey teams. Hayley's athletic history consists of multiple sports including competing on the U of A cross country team. She currently trains as a cyclist and continues to compete as a post varsity athlete. She is excited to now be working with the athletes at Scona to help give them the tools they need to reach their athletic goals.
