Instructions for course selection for incoming Grade 11 and 12 students from other EPSB High Schools
Parents/guardians to ensure that all demographic information is current with the student's current EPSB school.
Complete the course selection form below. Students, you will choose your grade 11 or 12 courses depending on your previous year's marks and course completion.
Email the completed course selection form and your interim marks to the corresponding counsellor to the first letter of your last name below. If your most recent interim marks are not posted to SchoolZone, you can ask your school office to send you a copy of the "quick look up" :

If you have further questions about course selection please indicate your questions in the body of your email along with your contact telephone number and a staff member will contact you to assist you.
*NOTE: Completing and submitting the pre-enrollment procedures does not confirm acceptance to Ross Sheppard High School. Edmonton resident students who pre-enroll before the deadline (March 19, 2024) and who live within our designated area will not be notified of acceptance as Ross Sheppard is the designated school. All other families will be contacted by March 21st, 2025.
We will be contacting students who have been accepted for the 2025/2026 school year to book an appointment for course selection in April with one of our counsellors at Ross Sheppard.

- A student must reside with at least one parent/legal guardian living within Edmonton Public Schools boundaries. The address provided on the application must be for a residence (Section 4.1 of the Education Act) 2 proofs of this address will be requested.
- The second condition to be considered a resident is that at least one parent must declare themselves as non-Roman Catholic.
