If you're a student attending one of the schools listed below, you do not need to fill out the course selection form through this site. * We have staff members attending your school to assist in course submission on specific dates please check your SchoolZone or contact your school office for the dates.

Please download and complete the course selection form below - filling out grade 10 courses only.
Download most recent report card/interim marks and if your most recent interim marks are not posted to SchoolZone, speak to your office to obtain a copy.
Ensure that all information on your Student Information Correction form is correct. * Parent to confirm via SchoolZone
Email the completed course selection form and your interim marks to the corresponding counsellor to the first letter of your last name below :

*NOTE: Completing and submitting the pre-enrollment registration documents does not confirm acceptance to Ross Sheppard High School. Edmonton resident students who pre-enroll before the deadline (March 19, 2025) and who live within our designated area will not be notified of acceptance as Ross Sheppard is the designated school. Please familiarize yourself with the Level 2 Growth Control Model and resident student status.
