Philosophy

Welcome to the M.E. LaZerte Voyageurs Football family. 

As a coaching staff , we are honoured to be part of the student-athlete experience at LaZerte. The program has seen a lot of growth in the past couple years, culminating in a City Championship in 2023 and a return to the city championship game in 2024. We are excited to see where this team moves next season and beyond. 

As a team we are looking forward to welcoming players and their families to our Northside Crew. Along with a focus on academics, accountability, commitment, family and hard work, LaZerte Football embraces GRIT:

We will work to develop leadership and teamwork skills in our student-athletes during their time at M.E. LaZerte. Every player should leave the program a better person than they entered, and will be empowered to contribute to the community around them.
