1. Reimbursement: When you are travelling on a tournament you will be reimbursed for your food expenses (please budget for this in your team budget). Please use your good judgement, and do not purchase alcohol. To get reimbursed you need to get the reciepts signed by the Athletic Director and then submit using E-Biz.
2. Tryouts: Send information to AD to get a posting on instagram and be on the master athletics schedule. Send info to Karen Chung or Jamie Schnierer for the Rebel Voice. Final cuts should be done verbally, Rule of 2.
3. Excusing your team: When your team is going to be absent from school for a day or even part of a period, email one of the secretaries and let them know which team and when they are going to be absent. Please be specific with the times. If your team needs to leave for part of a period send those times to a secretary (ideally Susan K) and she can email the specific staff.
4. Tournament Fees: When you get your invite letter to your tournament please forward to your Athletic Director so a cheque can be mailed or given to you to take to the tournament. Cheques won't be done unless the invite is given.
5. Communication: When issues happen with parents or athletes, please make sure you make the Athletic Director aware of the situation immediately. The chain of communication is vital to maintain a healthy program. Also if there is an issue with the league or incident at a league game or event please go through the Athletic Director and do not email the league directly.
