1. How do I get gear? - We typically order through Ryan at Performance Graphics, or Chris at Skyline. Depending on the size of your order, you may get some sort of kickback for coaches gear (but you need to ask!). Staff coaches and volunteer head coaches will get something from the Athletics Department. You need to get approval for all team gear orders from the AD.
2. How should I communicate with my athletes? - Google classroom or Remind.
3. How long do I keep permission forms? - Forms must be kept for a minimum of 3 years. If coaches don't want to store them please hand them in to the Athletic Director.
4. How do I get new equipment and/or new uniforms? Communicate all equipment/uniform needs to the AD. Ideally this happens at the end of the season so it's ready for the following season.
5. What happens if a student doesn't return a uniform? They can be charged the value of the uniform. Please do your best to get them all back!
