For Students:

If you're trying the strategies found in the four previous stages, you should be very proud of yourself! Your academic maturity and dedication is admirable, and you will find plenty of success in your future. If you're still not happy with your grade, speak with your teacher...but regardless, be proud of your efforts!

For Parents/Guardians:

Ultimately, not all students are going to get 100% in a Physics class. It's a hard subject! Focusing solely on a student's mark is not going to set them up for success as a learner or as a person in their future, and can have significant detrimental effects on their mental health. Instead, praise them for their efforts, and recognize that the skills they're learning throughout this process can be very useful for them in many areas of their lives (even if it's not in Physics!). If you have any questions or concerns, be sure to reach out to your student's teacher.
