Can't escape
We chow down on bamboo, it's true
But it doesn't go through like other food do
Our stomachs are made for meat, it's sweet
Yet we still munch on that tree like a treat
Bamboo all around us, (can’t escape)
The mountain bounds us, (can't evade)
To the grounds all around us
We found a way to stay, eh
Our esophagus is extra strong, we belong
The mountains is where we're from, we’re never wrong
Your teeth will make do, but we prefer to chew
With our large molars, bamboo turns to goo
Bamboo all around us, (can’t escape)
The mountain bounds us, (can't evade)
To the grounds all around us
We found a way to stay, eh
Our bamboos nice and rich
With cellulose, not protein
Our large colons lets us ditch
That nasty poo, cause we’re so keen
Bamboo all around us, (can’t escape)
The mountain bounds us, (can't evade)
To the grounds all around us
We found a way to stay, eh
We chew bamboo into a stew, (it's true)
Our strong stomachs let us renew, (we never lose)
Our energy through bamboo, (it's our power)
We eat it with no hate, cause we're that neat, (we're true)
Bamboo all around us, (can’t escape)
The mountain bounds us, (can't evade)
To the grounds all around us
We found a way to stay, eh
We were made for meat, that's no lie
But we eat bamboo with no shy
(We aren’t afraid of it, we don't shy away from it)
We're cool like that, don't ask why
We're just that neat, we’ll never die
Yo it's me the capuchin monkey whats up dude
Just sit right there and I’ll tell you how I became the master getting all my food
In the south hemisphere born and raised
All these animals wanted to be and praised
In the trees is where I spent most of days
Chillin in the trees, watching my food in this haze
When a couple of insects showed up
We started making trouble for them
And the males scared the insects out of the ground
I watched and spotted the male getting some food all around
I checked some trees to hear if they were hollow
The larvas inside the tree followed
I quickly bite into the trees and caught all these larvas
Everyone joined in with me and we ate this food
The male's tummy grumbled, he called his rumble call
This is when I became the master of getting all my food.
Yeah, one small day in a big ole’ rainforest.
There was a lil hungry toucan.
He wanted some berries, some nice colorful berries.
He searched and searched until he had to perch cuz’ he saw, colorful berries.
It was red and shiny
glistenin’ a ton, from the big yellow sun.
SKRRTTT
When the fruit drops the toucan hops.
All. The. Way. Downnn.
With its big ole’ bill ‘takes it like a pill,
throws its head back.
But it's hungry for more so it searches the floor,
throws its head back.
But if someone says ‘all I eat is berries’ Ima show them me scary.
Berries aren’t all I eat, insects are what I need.
Ima eat it, ima eat it, till I can’t no more.
YEAH, THAT’S MY DIET!
Capybara, Capybara, that's my name!
I'm the king of the swamps, That's what I claim
They say I'm in the animalia hall of fame!
Chomping on grass, I do it with class
Eating a bunch, gaining lots of mass
I weigh almost as much as an… adult man!
Eating vegetation with no hesitation
I’m not a predator, I don't eat brains
But I do eat…grains and sugarcanes!
We always stay in our own lane,
To stay away from a lot of pain
We live in the savannah plains
Meerkat anthem
Yeah, yeah, let me tell you a story
Bout some little creatures who ain’t never boring.
When the sun goes up,
My mob comes out.
Yeah.
We live in the desert sun shining bright
finding food’s a struggle day and night.
Burrows is where we all dwell,
To hunt animals, we use our keen sense of smell.
Hunting seems like a hassle
Cause we don't wanna leave our lil sand castle
We dig for grubs, beetles, and worms we can find
They look ugly but tasty so we don’t mind.
We also like scorpions, but we gotta be smart.
We use our paws to avoid getting stung in the heart.
We bite off the tail, then tear it apart.
It’s a dangerous dish, but it’s a work of art.
We will share with each other, without a doubt
And if one’s struggling,we'll help them out.
A quick bite to the back of the neck, gets the prairie dog
My powerful jaw and sharp teeth (gets the dog)
Quick and quiet I am
Slither down tunnels and go for the kill
A quick bite to the neck gets the dog
My long slender body and short legs (gets the dog)
big paws with sharp claws (gets the prairie dogs)
Move quickly and quietly to get these dogs
I move on my own
Got no time to fool around
Quietly in the dark these dogs don't expect none
While they sleeping
A quick bite to the neck gets the dog
My eyesight is unmatched
I be seeing these prairie dogs in the pitch black (pitch black)
A real nice bite to the neck gets the prairie dog
Red foxes hunt in the evenings
when there’s reasoning
They find food quick
cause they are slick
They are fast like light
while they bite on mice
with their strong teeth
that are the opposite of a meath
They hunt like dogs
jump like frogs
and slay their prey
They get food
by their ability to run
like the flash
they’re quick to dash
They use their sense of smell
to find food underground
They have amazing eyesight that they use
to look at views
and see the animals
that they’ll choose
Big belly full of food
By swim shadys
Swim shadys are in the house
Getting ready to pounce
Manatees are big fish in the sea
Backs cover in big layers of algae
They love to eat their hydrelia and seagrass
But they may also release a lot of gas
Using those flipper they pull towards their refreshment
After that meal their gonna need a fresh mint
They swim across the floor, thumpin for more
When they see all those greens, They feel a glore
Manatees are big fish in the sea
They have pounds and pounds of big meat
Now your gonna enjoy this sick beat
Vote for us and you wont be sorry
You can find this cute animal on safari
Perry’s Dabbling Journey
Perry the Mandarin duck was once a hungry fellow,
he’d walked and walked, in search of a meal.
He’d found some grains, which made his heart mellow.
This was a way for his hungry heart to heal.
But when summer rolled around,
he yearned for fish.
so, he dabbled in the pond
in search of a meal that would be delish.
Dabbling is key when Perry wants fish.
so he’ll dip his head in water while
his feet paddle.
For food, he’s willing to go the extra mile.
Dabbling was a way for his hungry heart to heal.
Perry has a gizzard that breaks down his food!
And that’s what makes him a pretty cool dude.
Dik-dik Dude!
I'm a dik-dik dude
I eat my food,
I eat trees and shrubs
to give me the chubs,
My foods so sick
Like a macaroni sidekick,
I’m so short that I can’t reach the trees
So giraffes use their long, long knees
I’m only but a ruler tall
That’s why I'm so grateful when leaves fall,
I'm the opposite of a sea otter
I don't need much water,
I have four stomachs
So all the leaves mix,
I am as cute as a button
Please don't turn me into mutton,
Even though I’m not a sheep
All I do is sleep,
