Can't escape 

We chow down on bamboo, it's true

But it doesn't go through like other food do

Our stomachs are made for meat, it's sweet

Yet we still munch on that tree like a treat

Bamboo all around us, (can’t escape)

The mountain bounds us, (can't evade)

To the grounds all around us

We found a way to stay, eh

Our esophagus is extra strong, we belong

The mountains is where we're from, we’re never wrong

Your teeth will make do, but we prefer to chew

With our large molars, bamboo turns to goo

Bamboo all around us, (can’t escape)

The mountain bounds us, (can't evade)

We found a way to stay, eh

Our bamboos nice and rich

With cellulose, not protein

Our large colons lets us ditch

That nasty poo, cause we’re so keen

We chew bamboo into a stew, (it's true)

Our strong stomachs let us renew, (we never lose)

Our energy through bamboo, (it's our power)

We eat it with no hate, cause we're that neat, (we're true)

We were made for meat, that's no lie

But we eat bamboo with no shy

(We aren’t afraid of it, we don't shy away from it)

We're cool like that, don't ask why

We're just that neat, we’ll never die

Yo it's me the capuchin monkey whats up dude

Just sit right there and I’ll tell you how I became the master getting all my food

In the south hemisphere born and raised

All these animals wanted to be and praised

In the trees is where I spent most of days

Chillin in the trees, watching my food in this haze

When a couple of insects showed up

We started making trouble for them 

And the males scared the insects out of the ground

I watched and spotted the male getting some food all around

I checked some trees to hear if they were hollow

The larvas inside the tree followed 

I quickly bite into the trees and caught all these larvas

Everyone joined in with me and we ate this food

The male's tummy grumbled, he called his rumble call

This is when I became the master of getting all my food.

Yeah, one small day in a big ole’ rainforest.

There was a lil hungry toucan. 

He wanted some berries, some nice colorful berries. 

He searched and searched until he had to perch cuz’ he saw, colorful berries.

It was red and shiny

glistenin’ a ton, from the big yellow sun. 

SKRRTTT

When the fruit drops the toucan hops.

All. The. Way. Downnn. 

With its big ole’ bill ‘takes it like a pill, 

throws its head back.

But it's hungry for more so it searches the floor,

throws its head back.

But if someone says ‘all I eat is berries’ Ima show them me scary.

Berries aren’t all I eat, insects are what I need. 

Ima eat it, ima eat it, till I can’t no more.
