The Siberian Tiger is a special top predator, so they hunt anything that contains meat. Another niche of the Siberian Tiger is to teach their cubs how to hunt and to protect them. They live in Russia, China, and North Korea, and they have no natural predators as they are the top of their food chain and the center of their food web. Nothing can really eat a full grown tiger, but a leopard might eat a baby Siberian Tiger.
The Siberian tiger has many adaptions like how they have an extra layer of fat on their bellies to keep warm and how their furs help them camouflage into their environment.
The Siberian tiger is a critically endangered species due to many factors like their habitats being cut down for logging and such and humans hunt these tigers for their furs (poached). They are also killed and their parts are used for traditional Chinese medicine even though it is now illegal in China. So really humans are the reason these tigers being endangered, not any other animals.
The Siberian tiger is a generalist (broad niche). They live in Russia, North Korea, and China, so they do in fact have a wide niche. They can live in warm and cold climates easily. Their thick fur and layers of protecting fat keep them warm in the freezing tundra. Their beautiful furs help them blend into their environment making it harder for their prey to spot them before they're eaten.
The Siberian tiger has no natural predators. They have very sharp teeth to help eat and can run up to 50 miles per hour to help chase down their prey.
Due to the loss of forests, it affects the Siberian Tiger because that's their habitat and they are endangered. Things like forest fires have an impact on the tigers.
Humans put some of these tigers in zoos to help preserve their genetic identity. They also try to protect their habitats from being cut down.
