The purpose of this site is to provide information, activities, and resources for our students to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.

Call 911 when:

  • Immediate help is needed

  • Your life or the life of another is in immediate danger

  • A bad reaction to medication or an increase in symptoms occurs

Talk to your parents or a trusted adult when:

  • You are having difficulty solving a problem or conflict

  • You are feeling sad, angry, or anxious

  • You or others are having thoughts about doing something dangerous or harmful
