All registration must be completed and purchased online at least twelve (12) days prior to the event date to avoid any late fees. All late registrations must be completed and purchased online at least five (5) days prior to the event date to be entered into an EPL event.
Teams can submit payment with their Paypal account or credit card via the Paypal payment system. The EPL does not accept payments for registrations at the event. All payments and/or late fees are due 5 days prior to the event date. Sorry, no exceptions will be made.
The EPL does issue tournament entry fee refunds. If a team chooses to withdraw from an event, and a refund is requested, the following written and verbal communication criteria must be met.
A team will provide a written notice stating a request to be withdrawn from an EPL event. The team’s withdraw request will be emailed to the EPL, and will request to have their team removed from the EPL event. Written request must be received at least five (5) days prior to the event start date. (see team withdraw deadline below.)
Written request must include: Team name, APPA team ID number and the name and date of the event they are requesting to withdraw from. Written request must be dated and signed by the individual making the request.
Teams requesting to withdraw from an event must also call the EPL and inform the promoter about their withdraw request immediately.
A team withdrawing from an event at least seven (7) days prior to the event start date will receive a full refund for their tournament entry fee as long as the refund policy is followed or may have it applied to a future event
A team withdrawing from an event less than seven (7) days prior to the event start will not receive any type of refund but may have it applied to a future event
A team withdrawing from an event less than four (4) days prior to the event start will not receive any type of refund and will forfeit the entry fees for the event.
There will be no refunds or adjustments of entry fee due to situations outside of the EPL’s control.
The EPL reserves the right to make last minute schedule changes to locations and time slots to accommodate the weather. All teams will be notified in a timely manner concerning the status of the event schedule.
Teams that make the decision not to play in the revised schedule will not be given a refund.
There will be no refunds in the event of canceled games or modified games due to facility or weather related problems.
There will be no refunds for the purchase of EPL ID cards. Refunds will only be issued to individuals who inadvertently purchased more than one ID card for their personal use.
Prize Packages listed are based on a minimum number of participating teams.
5 Man Division is subject to the following terms:
5-Man prize package contingency is based on 15 teams.
5-Man Prize package includes player medals (up to 8 per team) and team trophy
A Minimum of 10 teams per Division to collect 100% of the prizes listed.
Should only 9 teams participate in any one Division, only 90% of the prize package will be awarded.
Should only 7 teams participate in any one Division, only 70% of the prize package will be awarded.
Should only 5 teams participate in any one Division, only 50% of the prize package will be awarded.
Promoter can cancel any one division at any time for lack of participation.
Promoter has the authority to lower the number of teams required for prize eligibility at any time.
Promoter will not raise the number of teams required for prize eligibility for any reason.

CASH BACK PRIZE UPGRADE CONTINGENCY
In order for the $100 Cash Payback Prize to be in effect there must be at least 16 teams that play in a Division .
Once the number of teams requirement of 16 teams is met, the Cash Payback Prize will increase by $100 for every team over 15 teams that plays in the division.
There is no limit to the total amount of the Cash Payback Prize.
The Cash Payback Prize disbursement is as follows: 50% of the Cash Payback Prize for 1st place, 30% of the Cash Payback Prize for 2nd place and 20% of the Cash Payback Prize for 3rd place.
Cash Payback Prizes will be paid in the form of checks or PayPal written from the EPL on the day of the event or paid with PayPal or cash.
3 Man Division is subject to the following terms:

3-Man Prize package includes player medals (up to 5 per team) and team trophy
3-Man Teams receive prizes at each event for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places + player medals and team trophy
