The EHS 2017 Inter-generational Inauguration dialogue

at Goodwin House

8:30 am

• Groups gather in Sperry Lecture Hall for final information session and historical context.

9:30 am

• Departure for Goodwin House

9:45 am- 10:45 am

• Inter-generational dialog with Goodwin House residents
• Students sit at table with residents at dining room table and other available spaces

11:00 am

• Walk to The Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall and Arts Center (NOVACC):
• Pizza Lunch in the Forum room
• Begin inauguration viewing in the Concert Hall at 11:30 am (Swearing in/Speech estimated around 12:15 pm)

1:00 pm

• Post inauguration walk back to EHS campus with chaperone groups

2:45 pm

• All-School gathering in Chapel

Wednesday, January 18th, 2017

1:00pm

• All Attendees (students and faculty) meet in Sperry Lecture Hall .

1:45pm-2:00pm

• Chaperone Groups meet to discuss attendance guidelines, dress, and other important information

2:00pm-2:30pm

• Faculty Chaperones regroup in in Sperry Lecture Hall for preparation and Q and A.
