How does Seesaw work with Google Classroom?
Teachers at Epiphany School will use both Google Classroom and Seesaw to connect to students.
Teachers can post links to Seesaw activities for students in their Google Classrooms. Students select the link and then are redirected to the Seesaw website or app. Students can then use the Seesaw canvas to complete their activity.

Families can access the Seesaw Help Center by visiting help.seesaw.me and clicking on Families.

Method 1 - Seesaw Website
Seesaw can be accessed through an internet browser at web.seesaw.me. Once on the website, student's select Login. Then select I'm a student. Then select Sign in with Google. Students will be prompted to enter their school Google account username and password or to tap on their name if the account has been saved to the device.
Method 2 - Seesaw App
Students can access Seesaw through the Seesaw Class app. Download the app from your device app store (if needed). Tap the app to open it. Tap I'm a Student. Tap Google/Email Sign In. Students will be prompted to enter their school Google account username and password or to tap on their name if the account has been saved to the device.
Which app should I download?
When you go to the app store and search for Seesaw, you may see two Seesaw apps. The image on the left shows the differences between the Seesaw apps.
The Seesaw Class App is the student app. Students must use this app to complete activities and post to their journal. The teacher can post announcements to students too. This app is required for students to complete work in Seesaw if they are not using the Seesaw website.
The Seesaw Family App is for parents and guardians. Email your child's teacher if you would like to use this app to view your child's Seesaw journal. The teacher will email you a code to connect to your child's journal. The classroom teacher can send announcements through the family app.
