UPCOMING EVENTS
Looking forward to witnessing Mary Hollister, Margy Cramer, Kelly Meyers, and Erin Pryles competing in the 2K Virtual Relay in practice on December 1st! Swimmers take turns swimming 100 FR until they reach 3600 yards; a very difficult task, but these incredibly tough ladies are up to the challenge! Check out the link if you are interested in participating; relays can be 2,3, or 4 swimmers, and you need to complete the swim by Dec. 6th.
Get ready for the 2025 MEMO 400 Kick for Time, our annual December challenge! In addition to the usual 400 KFT, there is now also a 100 Fin Kick For Time, and a Just For Fun 400 KFT. Start prepping those legs now!
Mark your calendars for the 2026 NAC Masters New Year Classic, which is being hosted at the Centennial Sportsplex. A great way to get some official event times at a nearby facility! Let's get a big group to attend for some fast swimming and fabulous team spirit!
I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday filled with yummy food, great fun, and special family time.
😊 Coach Chris

our running phenoms, Shannon Chelsvig, for cranking out the Half and Half Marathon in Mt. Juliet and Kelly Myers, for crushing the Harpeth Hills Flying Monkey Half-Marathon in Percy Warner Park.
Val Bates, Coach Dee Davis, and Shawn Donaldson for crushing their OW swims last weekend at Oceanman Miami. On Saturday, Dee and Val swam the 2K race, then Shawn joined them later for the Oceanteams (3x 500m Relay). Dee placed 3rd in the 50-59 age group, and Val placed 1st in the 20-29 age group. On Sunday, Dee took on the 5K, while Val swam the 10K option and placed 2nd. Proud of you three, especially since the water was apparently quite wavy and rough. Complete Results.
