The Higher School of Technological Education Teachers – Skikda is a scientific, cultural, and professional institution. It was established under Executive Decree No. 09/254, dated August 10, 2009, which created an independent school dedicated to technological education. The school headquarters are located in Skikda, and it includes a group of teacher-researchers, employees, and workers. The school primary mission is to train specialized teachers in the technological field.The school is headquartered in Skikda and includes a team of professors, staff, and workers 

The objectives of ENSET-Skikda are as follows:

• Contributing to National Efforts in Scientific Research and Technological Development: Actively participating in advancing scientific and technological initiatives to support national development.

• Ensuring the Advancement of Sciences and Technologies: Promoting continuous updates and innovations in scientific and technological fields.

• Strengthening National Technical Capacities: Enhancing the technical expertise and capabilities at the national level.

• Promoting Scientific Research Outcomes: Disseminating the results of scientific research and facilitating access to scientific and technical knowledge.

• Engaging with the International Scientific Community: Collaborating globally to exchange and enrich knowledge within the scientific and academic communities.
