Paper Preparation

Before submitting your research paper, please ensure that it adheres to the specified format and guidelines:

Paper Format: Ensure that your paper is formatted according to the provided template.

Paper Length: Extended Abstract (about 2 to 4 pages).

Language: All papers must be submitted in English.

Submission Steps

Submitting a paper through Microsoft CMT (Conference Management Toolkit) involves several steps. Here's a detailed guide: 

1. Account Creation (HOW-TO; Account Creation)

• Visit the CMT Website: Go to the general Microsoft CMT website.

• Create an Account: If you don't already have one, click on Register and fill in the required details (name, email, and password).

• Login: Log in to your account.

2. Start a New Submission

• On the conference page, submit your paper in PDF format.

• Fill in submission information (Title, Abstract, Keywords, Authors...)

3. Review Your Submission

• Before finalizing your submission, carefully review all the information you’ve entered, including the paper file and author details.

• Make sure everything is accurate and adheres to the submission guidelines.

4. Submit the Paper

• Once you are satisfied with your submission, click the Submit button to finalize your submission.

5. Confirmation

• After submitting, you should receive a confirmation email or notification on CMT indicating that your paper has been successfully submitted.

• You may also be able to track the status of your submission on the CMT platform.

Review and Notification

• After submission, your paper will undergo a peer-review process.

• You will receive notification of acceptance or rejection by email within a specified timeframe.

• If accepted, follow the instructions provided for the final registration.

Presentation and Attendance

• If your paper is accepted, you will be required to present it at the conference.

• Ensure that at least one of the authors registers for the conference and attends to present the paper (online or in-person).

• Be aware of submission deadlines, notification dates, and conference dates. 

• Call for Papers: January 04, 2025.

• Notification of Acceptance: April 04, 2025.

Paper Template

An extended abstract is a detailed summary of a research project, paper, or presentation. It provides enough information to give readers a clear understanding of the work, including its objectives, methods, results, and conclusions, without the full details of a complete paper.
