The Higher School is an institution of a scientific, cultural, and professional nature that was established by Executive Decree No. 09/254 of August 10, 2009. This decree created a school outside the university for technological education in Skikda. The school headquarters are located in Skikda, and it includes a group of teacher-researchers, employees, and workers. The school primary mission is to train specialized teachers in the technological field.
The goals of ENSET-Skikda are:
To contribute to the national effort for scientific research and technological development.
To ensure the updating of sciences and technologies.
To participate in the strengthening of national technical capacities.
To promote the results of scientific research and disseminate scientific and technical media.
To participate within the international scientific community in the exchange and enrichment of knowledge.
