All submissions should be full paper in English and plagiarism-free, i.e., they should not have been previously published in any conference proceedings, book, or journal and should not currently be under consideration elsewhere.

Author Instructions
All submissions must present original and unpublished work that is not currently under consideration elsewhere. Submissions can have up to 8 pages formatted according to the standard IEEE two columns template:

To participate in the CSMWEE-2024 conference, authors need to create an account on the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Follow these steps:
Navigate to the Registration Page: Visit CMT Login and click “Register”.
Fill in Required Information: Complete all required fields, indicated by an asterisk (*).
Verification: After registration, check your email for a verification link. If you don’t receive it, check your spam/junk folder and ensure your email was entered correctly.

After account creation, please submit your papers electronically in PDF format using the CSMWEE-2024 CMT link:

At least one author of each accepted paper should send a video recorder and is expected to present the work online.
Review Criteria
Review Criteria
Papers should present new ideas related to the topics described in this call for papers, motivated by problems from current practice or applied research. Both theoretical and applicative contributions should be highlighted, substantiated by formal analysis, simulation, experimental evaluations, or comparative studies, etc. All submissions will be rigorously peer-reviewed and evaluated based on their quality, originality, soundness, significance, presentation, and understanding of the state of the art.

Participation fee
We kindly ask all participants whose submissions have been accepted to pay the participation fees for the "CSMWEE-2024" conference, which are set to:
The payment should be made by bank Transfer to the ENSET account at the State Treasury with the following account number: 00821001121000031169
Or a payment to the ENSET CCP account Number : 00799999000033141420
Once the transfer has been completed, please send the receipt of the payment by email to: csmwee@enset-skikda.dz or submit it in the CMT system with the final paper (Camera-Ready).
At least one author of each accepted paper must register to attend the online conference. After the conference, a certificate will be delivered to attendees.
