Coach Lammers grew up in Littleton, CO and played high school at Heritage High School. After high school, he played four years at Trinity Christian College. TCC went to nationals three times and he finished his career top 5 in runs and stolen bases for his career. After graduating he began teaching at Englewood Middle School where he began coaching at EHS. For two years he was the head softball coach for EHS. He is currently the health teacher at EHS.

Coach Metz played high school baseball in Wisconsin and attended Wheaton College in Illinois. Coach Metz played all four years and Wheaton and was named team captain. He previously coached in Indianapolis and is currently a Physician's Assistant.

Coach Fletcher grew up in The Region (Northwest Indiana) and played college at Calumet College St. Joseph. He played basketball and baseball in college and recently moved to Denver. He also coaches a club team (USA Prime).
