Over the course of the T4G innovation period, we have lined up many interesting workshops to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for your team to succeed! The workshops will be held at the Engineering Good office as part of our Makerspace Open House in July and August.

10 July 10am - 1pm
The workshop will help participants to understand what a typical embedded system consists of and how it can be assembled to provide meaningful function. They will learn how to interface the Ultrasonic Sensor with Arduino to perform distance of object measurement, and feedback the results via audio visual means.
10 July 2pm - 5pm
In this workshop participants will get familiarized with the basics of creating 3D prototypes using cardboard and paper. Having the right tools and knowing how to keep things together is also a very important knowledge to have. Learn tips and tricks that will get your ideas ready to be showcased!
17 July 10am - 12pm
Join us on this 2h introductory session on web development which will enable you to get familiar with the various HTML elements in styling and creating a website.
17 July 2pm - 5pm
Brainstorm on the applications of robotics, electronics and understand the potential of open source hardware through a hands-on prototyping session.
31 July 10am - 1pm
During this workshop, participants will be introduced to block-based programming and create an assistive device for elderly using the Microbit makercode.
31 July 2pm - 5pm
Drawing on Superhero Me's experience designing and executing inclusive art projects, they will be sharing with participants about the topic of inclusion and disability in Singapore. They will also share about their inclusive arts process through various case studies and interactive activities.
7 August 10am - 1pm
During this workshop, learn how to read and write basic block-based code to create prototypes on Thunkable which can then be deployed onto mobile devices.
