Your personal data is stored in our system (Google Analytics 4) for two months. If you withdraw your consent for IES to process your personal data, it will be deleted within this period.

A select few individuals within IES's marketing and communications department, as well as a limited number of staff at the marketing agency employed by IES, will have access to your personal data.

The data will be processed and stored on Google servers located within the European Union. However, for specific processing activities, data may be transferred to the United States. It's important to note that Google is certified according to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), ensuring that such transfers are conducted in a safe and legal manner.

Complaints about the processing of personal data can be submitted directly to IES. We are dedicated to ensuring the correct handling of your personal data and welcome your feedback to improve our practices.
