About our Mentor: Susan Schmidt
Susan Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. She has hael significant roles at Genentech, including Head of Environmental, Health, Safety and Security and Facilities Management. Her expertise encompasses regulatory interactions, compliance, and cross functional leadership. Susan's educational background includes Bachelors and Masters in Health Physics from Oregon State University and Masters of Business Administration from Cal Lutheran University. Her career reflects a strong commitment to patience through advancing innovation and technology in the pharmaceutical industry.
