Our sponsor, Genentech, graciously sponsored our project with a total budget of $10,000. In the time given, we were able to create a proof of concept to scale with their largest barrel (D25")
We have spent just under $8,000, and the budget can be split up into separate subsystems as shown below:

To further enhance the system’s efficiency and durability, additional funding may be required for:
Full Automation: Motorized conveyors and sensors to replace manual barrel handling
Material Upgrades: Transition to stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance and cleanroom compliance
Optimized Brushes & Filtration: Upgraded materials for gentler cleaning and improved nozzle filtration
Sealed Enclosure System: Containments to minimize particle dispersion and enhance worker safety
