In this project, we not only wanted to develop a line of swallow materials to be used in impedance-manometry testing, but we also wanted to prepare the products for market. In addition to striving for consistency, reproducibility, and safety within our products, we also considered things like finances (production vs. sales costs), packaging, marketing materials, and manufacturing.
A website, swallowworks.com, was created as a customer-facing platform, where these products can potentially be marketed and sold in the future.
