How can we verify the presences of iron in cells without MRI?
How can we verify the presences of iron in cells without MRI?
Our method utilizes a fluorescent reporter which will be activated along with the MRI reporter. This can be seen using flow cytometry as well as fluorescent microscopes. Moreover, we have used a Prussian blue stain to stain cells if they hold iron intracellularly. We have displayed these results in the results section of our website.
