Team 1 is a group composed of members from three different tracks from the UCSD Bioengineering Department, including bioengineering, bioinformatics, and biotechnology. This diversity of course experience aided in the design and creation process of this project, combining individual skills and strengths to foster a holistic teamwork environment.

The team would also like to acknowledge the technicians at Argonne National Laboratory for collaborating with them and providing them with the necessary x-ray diffraction data to evaluate our project components. In addition, the team would like to thank Jennifer Stowe, Ariel Wang, and John Foster for assisting them in the Omens lab when performing the PDMS protocol, cell culturing and imaging, and giving general feedback on the project. Finally, the team would like to acknowledge their TA Anahid Foroughishafiei for her feedback on project progress and informative responses to inquiries.
