Here are the FBA results which are part of the linear programming step of the model construction process. The data extracted values (Measured) are on the x-axis while the calculated optimized values are on the y-axis (Adjusted). The different fluxes (different points on the graph) being on the x=y line shows that the model's calculated values fit the physiological data well. Another check to make sure the model the physiologically relevant.
Here are the results of quadratic programming step for the concentrations of the metabolites that are involved in the biochemical reactions. Similar to the FBA, x-axis contains the data extracted values (Initial) and the optimized values are on the y-axis (Adjusted). The different metabolites (which are the different points on the graph) being close to the x=y line shows the model is physiologically relevant and is a validation step.
