There needs to be adjustments to rod diameter to make sure they are not tight in the DiMES head. Concerns of cracking from thermal expansion
Advice was taken and rod diameters were reduced to compensate for potential thermal expansion.
Carbon is a Brittle Material, suggestion that Fracture toughness of a ATJ should with stand the forces.
Was considered, but due to not knowing the crack lengths, could not be determined. Was later shown to not be an issue
