Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.

• • Successfully incorporated all components

    • Working well with sponsor's TED

    • BLE module working with increased Arduino PWM frequency 

  • Was not able to implement and physically construct RTD circuit

    • Missing header, adapter, and solder for SMD voltage references

Accomplishments from Previous Week

• • Finished CAD assembly for enclosures, lids, and all electronics inside

  • Finished CAD for an improvement of lid-locking slider mechanism

  • Drew PCB as a future step for improvement in portability aspect

  • Enclosures and non-polarized capacitors received

  • Improved armband design and implemented it for enclosure on-waist set up

  • Implemented safety measures in code to cap current and protect TED

  • More tuning for skin contact

• • Add clips and fasteners to CAD (Justin)

  • Finalize implementation of RTD circuit before delivering hardware to sponsor (Jeffrey)

  • Clean up circuit wiring (Kam)

  • Test prototype while user is wearing all parts [enclosure on waist and TED on arm] (Tom)
