Filter
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mesh_(scale)
Using Mesh Scale, can find the proper size mesh to buy in the future
Optimal size hole for our filters would be 0.019-0.022 inches which is Mesh number of 35-30
Too small of a mesh will have the fine spices clog the filter so that the tea will not filter out
small amount of spices in the tea is okay as long as bulk of spices is not in tea
Oversteeping
currently not an issue due to not being able to reach the proper brewing temperature
will become one when we find adequate heating for the brew container
when that happens we will test to measure when the tea is properly brewed and then strain it into the kettle
Stirring
Individual parts tested and functional
Speed is more than enough to negate boilover
